Our expertise

Preparation that
holds up in delivery.

Support for the decisions, counterpart commitments and operating arrangements that move a major project forward. Readiness, institutional preparation and implementation work can be commissioned separately or brought together around the next stage of the project.

01

Decide what the
project needs next.

The Project Readiness & Implementation Review examines the evidence, preparation gaps, counterpart commitments and dependencies behind the next decision.

It can stand alone or lead to further studies, preparation work or implementation support under an agreed scope.

The contribution

A readiness assessment and sequenced preparation plan, with priority actions and responsibilities.

02

Prepare for institutional consideration

We help sponsors assess institutional fit, organize evidence and identify the studies and commitments required for development-finance, donor or public-investment consideration.

The work prepares the project for assessment. It does not promise financing or institutional access.

The contribution

Institutional-fit mapping, evidence requirements and a preparation and engagement roadmap.

03

Anticipate where
delivery could break down.

Examine decision authority, procurement interfaces, supplier support, mobilization and handovers. Translate dependencies into work that can be assigned and managed.

The contribution

An implementation-risk review, responsibility map and proposed governance or mobilization arrangements.

Illustrative application

A cold-chain preparation example

A cold-chain logistics concept may need demand evidence, an operating model, site and power studies, and counterpart commitments before institutional discussions can move forward.

A preparation brief brings these needs together as defined work packages, with responsible parties and a sequence of decisions.

Illustration only. Not a completed MGA assignment or an assessment of an actual project.

For delivery partners

A defined contribution to your bid or project

These assignments can also support a lead firm’s bid or delivery team. Consultancies, engineering firms and lead contractors can commission a defined analytical or preparation work package before a bid, within a proposal or after award. MGA’s contribution is agreed alongside the lead firm’s overall client responsibility.
