How website visits and initial enquiries are handled.

Effective October 1, 2026

Who this notice covers

This notice covers the Milstein Global Advisory, MGA Technology and MGA Projects websites, and initial business enquiries made through them. Any additional arrangements for client work are addressed in the relevant engagement.

For a privacy question or request, email inquiries@milsteinglobal.com with “Privacy enquiry” in the subject line.

Information involved

Information you send. When you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, organization, role, contact details, proposed opportunity and correspondence. The website’s contact links open your email application; they do not submit a form automatically.

Technical information. Our hosting and security services process information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, referral information, request time and security events. When a private preview requires sign-in, the hosting provider also processes access and session information.

Please send only a non-confidential initial outline. Do not send identity documents, account credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential project material through an initial enquiry. An appropriate channel can be agreed where further information is needed.

How information is used

We use enquiry information to respond, understand the opportunity, assess whether MGA can contribute, prepare a proposed scope and manage related correspondence. Technical information supports site delivery, troubleshooting, access control and protection against misuse. Relevant information may also be used to maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

Netlify provides website hosting, and Google Workspace supports business email and related document storage. Other service providers supporting communications, storage, security or administration may process information for those purposes. Their access should be limited to the services they provide.

Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers where needed, to parties you authorize, or where required by law or necessary to protect rights and address misuse. We do not sell personal information received through this site or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Links to independent websites lead to services governed by their own privacy practices. Opening an email link also involves your chosen email provider.

Cookies, analytics and tracking choices

This website does not embed advertising trackers, analytics tags, social-media widgets or third-party video players. The site itself does not set marketing cookies or use browser storage to profile visitors. Hosting, security and private-preview sign-in services may use necessary cookies and technical logs.

We do not use this site to follow visitors across unrelated websites. Because advertising and cross-site tracking are not enabled in the site, there is no such activity to switch off in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Technical processing needed to serve and secure the site is separate from advertising tracking.

Retention, location and security

We retain enquiry and related business information for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting relationship, meet legal or recordkeeping requirements, or resolve a dispute. The appropriate period depends on the information and the purpose for keeping it. Providers also apply service-specific retention arrangements.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate. Applicable safeguards depend on the service, contractual arrangements and relevant law.

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and the service, including access controls and secure transmission. No website, email service or method of storage can guarantee absolute security. Please agree a suitable channel with us before sending sensitive material.

Your questions and requests

You may contact inquiries@milsteinglobal.com to ask about information you have supplied or request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request comes from the appropriate person; please do not send an identity document unless a suitable verification method has been agreed.

Where applicable law provides additional rights, those rights remain available. A privacy request does not require purchasing a service.

Changes to this notice

Material changes will be described on this page. Where applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide it.
